Bowflex Blaze Home Gym is a serious piece of equipment
Bowflex Blaze Home Gym with Power Rod technology is not a toy but a serious piece of equipment that makes the day of the most demanding person.
Just use the multigym for 20 minutes per day, 3 times per week and you can get the results you want. I would say that this kind of results would please even a business person that never has time.
60 exercises that Bowflex Blaze Home Gym has to offer together with the Power Rod technology (the 210 poundsĀ upgradeableĀ to 310 pounds or 410 pounds) give you more than enough strength-training growth.
This multigym has features that you find only in more expensive pieces of equipment providing good value for your money while the big discounts that you can get these days make this equipment the gym to have at home.

Shipping on my bowflex took a bit longer than I expected… but it finally arrived, undamaged, about 5 days behind schedule. When opening the box, don’t panic! There are a LOT of parts in there. However, the assembly instructions were documented VERY clearly, and the illustrations made the assembly easy. It still took about 4 hours, but it went flawlessly.
Once assembled, the machine works REALLY smoothly, and is easy to set up for different exercises, etc. Does all the stuff I was looking for, including leg presses… leg presses don’t seem to be possible on many of the machines. I love it!
I may be adding another 100 lbs to the rods, but the machine works great!
